Roof Repairs and Refurbishment

  • Repaired concrete roof joints for structural integrity.
  • Applied two layers of torch-on felt, including upstands for waterproofing.
  • Reinstated all coping stones on a new bed of mortar for added stability.

 

 Internal Ceiling Repairs and Repainting

  • Removed all render from the interior roof.
  • Sealed internal cracks in the ceiling to ensure durability.
  • Applied a single coat of masonry paint to the ceiling for a refreshed and finished look.

 

Waste Management and Handover

  • Removed all waste generated during the project.
  • Provided completion photographs and asbestos removal documentation, leaving the client highly satisfied.
