To design, fabricate and install internal steel access platforms within an existing dry well, ensuring safe and efficient access for maintenance and operations.

SCOPE OF WORK

1. Supply Chain Collaboration

  • Developed strong relationships with our supply chain, ensuring seamless communication and efficient project delivery.
  • J Frost Civils handled the groundwork, project management, and site supervision, overseeing all aspects of the project and ensuring that subcontracted works were completed on schedule.
  • Coordinated with our expert fabrication partner to ensure steel works were fabricated and installed according to specifications approved by both J Frost Civils and the client.

 

2. Inspection, Testing, and Certification

  • Conducted thorough inspections and testing at every stage to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Performed load testing and provided certification to confirm the platforms could safely support the intended weight, ensuring long-term reliability.

 

3. Quality Control and Documentation

  • Implemented rigorous quality control measures throughout the project to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
  • On completion, all necessary documentation, including load testing certification and inspection reports, was provided to the client during the handover.
