January 2025 marked a major milestone for our company, our first anniversary in business! To celebrate a year of hard work, growth, and success, our team came together for a day of fun, competition and pizza.

We choose to celebrate with an action-packed session at Sittingbourne Battle Kart, where team members showcased their racing skills and competitive spirit in a thrilling and interactive environment. The laughter, camaraderie, and friendly rivalries made for a memorable experience.

We’re pleased to introduce Tom, the newest member of our office team, who joins us as an Administrative Assistant!

Tom brings experience in administrative support and data analysis. Having worked in various fast-paced environments, he has developed his skills in handling day-to-day office tasks, scheduling, and client communication. His expertise in streamlining processes and improving team efficiency will be a valuable asset to our operations.

Congratulations to Jason Sidwell on His Promotion to Operations Manager

We’re delighted to announce the promotion of our Lead Supervisor, Jason Sidwell affectionately known as Elvis to the role of Operations Manager!

Jason has been an integral part of our team, consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership, dedication, and expertise in his work. His ability to lead with clarity and inspire those around him has made a lasting impact on our projects and team morale.

In his new role as Operations Manager, Jason will take on greater responsibilities, overseeing key operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and continued success across the board.

The NVQ Level 6 qualification is a nationally recognised certification that demonstrates Emma’s advanced knowledge and skills in managing construction contracting operations. It’s a testament to her ability to lead with confidence, implement best practices, and drive our company’s success in an ever-evolving industry.
