The name behind J Frost Civils, has learnt his trade from the ground up, or in his case the roof down. From starting out as a general labourer to leading as our Managing Director, Jamie embodies our companies growth and dedication. With hands on experience across every level of the business Jamie has a deep understanding of the industry and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Jamie’s journey reflects his commitment to hard work, continuous learning and exceptional leadership, and it is that determination which drives our passion for upholding the highest standards of quality and safety, ensuring successful project outcomes and developing lasting relationships with our clients.
After gaining a LLB in Law, Emma went into procurement, before joining the water utilities sector developing her career in contract and relationship management and then project management. Emma’s journey reflects a deep understanding of operational efficiency, strategic procurement and industry best practices.
As Chief Operating Officer, Emma now leverage’s her experience to streamline operations, enhance productivity, develop strong collaborative relationships with clients and suppliers and ensuring our projects are executed with efficiency, aligning to our values and vision to deliver high quality projects on time, on budget and safely.
Our workforce are the backbone of our company and integral to us being able to deliver the high quality results we pride ourselves on. Comprising of highly competent and dedicated individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Each team member brings experience and expertise in civils and groundwork services and plays a crucial role in executing our high standards of quality and safety. Our teams are trained to handle projects of all scales with precision and attention to detail. We invest in ongoing training and development to meet our clients needs which enables us to tackle even the most challenging projects. All our supervisors hold a minimum SSSTS certification and every member of the team is first aid trained.
