Are you an experienced SSSTS Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career? J Frost Civils a growing company known for delivering high quality civils and groundworks services are looking for another member of our team.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to work in partnership with a groundworker to deliver our onsite works whilst maintaining our commitment to health and safety!

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in civil and groundwork projects- water utilities experience preferred
• Knowledge of site safety procedures and regulations
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks
• First aid
• SA022
• Relevant certifications or licenses minimum SSSTS & CSCS
• Full UK driving license
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Mentor and supervise team members, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to project activities
• Liaise with project manager
